Or if she's against someone who can beat her in raw power or tank her attacks, she has essentially no recourse.
Make her very strong, but a one-trick pony that treats her eyes like a crutch.

It was particularly egregious this episode since Sarada was the one who had the closest connection to Juugo out of the two.
