ONE can do good composition and can be very expressive, but his actual technical skill is lacking and leaves much to be desired
Bob Ross on the other hand is the exact opposite. He has the technical skill to pump out a landscape painting in half an hour, but as an artist he's only capable of producing exactly 1-2 kinds of paintings and nothing else.
