It's basically filler at the moment in manga form. I mean the art is nice but everything that is happening serves no purpose and everything just feels hollow right now as the second we start getting a character established it cuts to some one else doing a completely unrelated event and then we cut to someone else
I can take a guess what the point of ONE's verison is but I no idea about Murata's version as it is just unfocused

Other way around for the first part. Murata is insufferable because he is just turning OPM into yet another shounen instead of focusing on what made OPM not a normal shounen with weird setting. But it's also true that ONE is completely out of options for OPM and it both started getting boring and even ONE doesn't know how to continue it unlike when he was working full power on Mob100 and now Reigen.
