It's Slime before the manga reached Harvest Festival arc and before any Slime BDs were even released, while on the Fate side this list includes the Prisma Illya Movie, the first HF movie and the first half of Apocrypha, so you are comparing them on two completely different fronts. It should be noted that Slime is infact able to get such a high position without any BD sales at all.

Fate only started to get really big after Urobutcher's spin-off LN got a high-budget anime and another spin-off got a good anime too, causing main Fate to get anime series/movie adaptations for the two yet unanimated routes, with F/GO coming after UBW.
Actually I don't deny that Fate became the greatest big shot, at least among series with a VN origin, but that's completely different from Slime's beginning as a syousetsu WN. Started off at very different times with very different media. In the first place, a syousetsu WN like Slime being so high up this list ins completely unheard of.

That's what happens when shitposters avoid it or the source material is either finished both RAW and in TL (WN, mainstory at least), or on-going but far behind in TL at the same point where the anime ends because JewPress (LN), or on-going and with caught up TL, but that being mostly useless because the manga is only 1-2 chapters worth ahead of the where the anime ended and it's only monthly.
So there is just nothing to discuss because the source materials are stuck in limbo like that and have such long time between releases.
Things would change though if somehow the Slime manga became weekly, but I don't think that'll ever happen.
There was more activity when Lewd Rimuru/Milim anons were around, but they went off somewhere.

Because its more comfortable for Rimuru to stay in his slime form. He uses his Human form to be able to do things that his slime form can't, like kick a table in the air and then punch the person on the other side of the table.
