That arc while slow was going to build to something different for bleach, and then NOPE qunicy war that got too fucking boring from constant bullshit fights.

I would continue the fullbring arc the proper way kubo most likely wanted too.

Changing the real 74 volume cover for that.

End it when Aizen was defeated.

Aizen doesn't become the big bad after Soul Society arc. Instead he manipulates Ichigo and the rest of Soul Society and Rukongai into more civil unrest based on real issues to further his own gains. No hueco mundo, no quincies, all attention and development on Soul Society and the real world. Only after SS is ravaged by civil war does Aizen make a comeback as a fake saviour aiming to become the king.

Not only Bleach but every Jump title:
Never let them go past chapter 200 (which would be between 4 to 5 years of weekly chapters).
Titles that run their story to the ground need to die.

Not do a rescue arc after finishing, what, a fucking rescue arc. That's how I knew this series was finshed, that and SUPRISE YO DADS A SHINIGAMI YO, as said by the token black character.

better dialogue, removal of all "huh" and "what"

removal of stupidity of final getsuga tenshou, WHY would you use something like that when you were roflstomping Aizen.

All the other issues aside, I think the following would be more inline with fans' expectations and natural story progression (just a framework)
>have more Ishida-focused chapters in the early parts of TYBW arc where he meets and (accidentally) bonds with Wandenreich quincies
>possibly give Ichigo some personal rival (like Renji/Byakkun and Grimmy/Ulq)
>have Ichigo and Uryu kill Yhwach much earlier into the arc
>shortly after the war ends, Royal Guards declare another quincy purge as a response to their actions
>have detailed flashback of 1000 and 200 years ago around that part
>Ichigo has none of that, most of the shinigamis follow him (which provides nice follow up on both Ichigo compassion towards his enemies and SS being changed by him)
>Ichigo friends, Uryuu's Wandenreich and Gotei 13 vs RG commences (with possible defections to the "dark side", for example Urahara)
>Aizen joins in on Ichigo's side
>after the battle is over Aizen tires to take the world for himself
>cue final climatic battle between Aizen and Ichigo
>Uryuu and Kyouraku sign peace treaty
>generic epilogue like in the manga proper
The switches of final villain might sound somewhat Naruto-esque, but I believe they'd be way more natural here and not just plot twists for the sake of plot twists.

Uryuu introduced earlier, he says that he's a quincy but what that means is never brought up. He's just a powerful psychic who manifests bows and uses strange hollow hunting and killing powers.

Fullbring arc happens before rescue rukia arc but the fight with full power ex -shinigami substitute Ginjo doesn't happen till later. Just a "watch out for soul society" and "that person" ominous warnings.
Also fullbringers are powerful human psychics who were corrupted by the materialization powers of the hollows causing aberrant and deadly abilities. Also a curse that forces them want to hunt and fight hollows.
They can also increase their powers by devouring the power of hollows or simpyl eating them.
Both Orihime and Chad both think they are fullbringers. But only Chad is.

Rukia knows more about both the fullbring and quincy then she lets on and Uryu confronts her about it.

During the parrot kid arc hint that chad had something to do with the gates of hell opening.

Have Don Canoje be a legit fairly powerful spiritualist and be descended from ancient psychic bloodlines who know human spiritual magic and he calls Orihime his disciple.

Orihime's parents tried to kill her because of something she did as a young child. She brought her dead brother who was hit by a speeding semi back to life in front of them.

Hint that both Tessai and Canoje are related in some way.

Urahara started a coup in soul society along Yourichi, Isshin's entire family line, and the true last living quincy Uuryu's father.

True quincy are technically angels that are descended from the "soul king". The other quincy had powers bequeathed to them with the vast majority being psychics who train in the style of the quincy and use their weapons and abilities to fight hollow and the denizens of soul society/unliving ones.

Expand on the world a bit through the first few arcs.
Psychic humans who casually see and interact with the spirits and help them move on.
Show the shinigami who "hunt" the hollow and "help" the lost souls
Show the souls that don't or can't move on becuase of strong emotional attachment to the world of the living and powerful psychic ability/spiritual power
Show the hollow who are corrupted souls who were driven mad or were corrupted by other hollow
Show the fullbring who were corrupted by the hollow when they were powerful unborn psychics or psychic children and their powers were transformed to abhorrent projection and mutant abilties. Then show how the fullbring are driven to hunt and kill the hollow. Or metaphorically(energy absorption) or litterally(chomp chomp) eat hollow to become more powerful
Then show psychic humans who manifest their powers into weapons to use against hollows and psychic humans who use magic spells to trap and purify hollow and corrupted humans and human spirits.

HM is where corrupted souls/hollow are pulled once they are heavy with negative energy.
Spirits that aren't driven mad or corrupted or are eaten by hollow hang around on earth till they can move on or are helped move on to the cycle of souls.

Then show how the shinigami don't actually fit into this and seem out of place. Then reveal that SS is a purgatory where powerful souls that can neither move on and can't be corrupted are sent. The opposite of HM in every way.

Ichigo was seen as the next candidate for soul king and was being groomed for it. But Aizen knew of this and wanted to stop it before it began because it would interfere with his plans.

Would like to have it revealed that white is his true zanpaktou and that white is both a reflection of his true self and that his hollow form in HM is his true bankai.
With what we know of as his bankai being nothing more then his shikai with a bit of quincy power added on top.

Because they are powerful magic users and I like the idea that demon arts is something that was originally a weapon that human psychics used to help them battle against hollow and the shinigami.

I know but it's not explicitly stated.
There should be very few "true" quincy who will inherit something akin to the original power of the first soul king. The second largest group being those who are blessed by the soul king and attain specific powers or subests of powers and the majority of people being people who fight using quincy fighting techniques and weapons.
