As expected of what is essentially a fancy prize figure. On the other hand, it's actually cheap enough that it might make for a decent opportunity to try some custom painting. Maybe an ink wash on the metal parts to give them some depth. The detail on the sculpt itself seems fairly decent.

Yes but as far as which techniques and brands of paints and other materials professional figure painters use. I doubt they use regular craft store paints. Or for example the patterns for the kimonos, the eyes and other complex stuff, is it hand painted or is some kind of stencil or sticker? I would like to watch a video of one of these official figures being painted. Not resin GKs, the real stuff.

There's too many freeing 1/4 bunnies. The few times they get a character with unique proportions, Freeing just uses the same boilerplate generic sexy body and sticks the new head on.

It's certainly not just a matter of sticking a new head on, but the body designs are the same on most of them.
A big factor for 1/4 figures is getting the balance correct. If the center of gravity is off and they dont take proper precautions to strengthen the right parts it becomes very unstable. This is probably one of the biggest reasons that the bunny girls all have such similar poses. I think Freeing has done a good job varying it enough as to make them all feel unique.
