NT10 is different because she didn't go there to talk to Accelerator in the first place, she went to make sure Touma was alright, so she didn't really have anything to say to him. Even there there it's not that different though, she talked to him there about him not really seeing the Misakas as independent people and that has to do with what she talked about with 545, that Accel can't see the Misakas as anything but atonement so 545 has a better chance at actually making him happy.

Neph has little to do with the power boost. The power boost comes from the knowledge he has gain and being connected to the third tree, this was possible because Accel, unknowingly, opened a back door for Qliphah to connect to the Misaka network because of their contract with each other.

Its a bit hard to talk to the guy without it coming up when you're literally an algamation of all the dead souls and living souls.

It's not clear if he will even be this strong when the boost wears off. Currently 545 is supercharged by Neph and formed a new tree with the Misaka network. The tree should stay but not the Neph boost. The wings are probably just stronger versions of his old wings and will probably be used just as rarely.

It’s caused by wishing for a new world as well as wanting this one. Accelerator I think would count, honestly I doubt 99% of people have any shot of resisting it. I think Kamisato said the smallest deviation is enough.

I don't think Holy Right would work, Holy Right seems to have specific parameters in the way it attacks, as in it always takes the shortest route and is direct.
The main thing Holy Right does is change Magnitude to fit whathever it is attacking, and now that Accel can reflect magic I think Holy Right would get reflected instead.
Also, Holy Right always does a single hit/attack per swing, so I don't think it can pull off the same thing Nepthys did by bruteforcing through the reflection.

Accelerator was going to learn how to deal with spooky magic vectors one way or another. I dont see how adding a bit of symbolism to it is such a problem.
