When it's Precure and Kamen Rider, I prefer to not make an opinion about a season until episode 10, by that point you have a solid grasp about what the DNA of a season is like.
Overall I like all the characters so far, one of the key points about the season is space travel and we still are about to see how it plays out, it's hard to make a judgement but the space travels could either be really wacky and fun or kinda boring, I hope they take a Smile approach with these episodes and go nuts, keeping the drama and character development stuff mostly for Earth episodes, that could be a good compromise.

The mooks are really likable and I like the fat one. I look for him and root for them in general. Now that there are giant monsters too but you only build up to them occasionally as opposed to every week, things seem more balanced and natural. I also love how their powerups work to augment their attacks. And the design of magic space. And the soundtrack. Really liking it so far.

You can't measure sexualization purely by exposure. For one thing, Yell was a cheerleader, and that comes with a whole host of sexual baggage that Star doesn't have. They have the suits regardless, so when KR has a five minute street brawl before they bust out the Rider Kick, those five minutes are really no more expensive to make than anything else that could have filled that time. But with Precure, time spent standing around talking is way, way cheaper to animate than time spent fighting, so you're never going to get the exact same structure you get with toku.
Funnily enough, in things like the Precure musical stage shows, they do follow toku patterns more. They stay transformed for nearly the whole thing, have lots of little scuffles, barely use finishers, etc.

For FW, it's more that they take and sometimes deliver stiff hits in weekly fights (which only a minority of the seasons have normally), but bonecrushing exchanges are rare outside of the above.

I thought the best thing about FW wasn't the fighting, but rather that there was fighting and also the drama. The drama was very good in FW. And those characters whose dramas you wee apprecating were also fighters that defend Japan from its weekly kaiju invasion. Nagisa and Honoka are a great pair. My big issue with Kira was how much focus and screen time was given to the cooking gimmick, when it didn't really have enough going for it to last a whole season.
It was only made worse by the fact that Kira has one of the largest casts of important characters in precure history. Ichika (and later Ciel, to some extent) was the one character who was always central to the cooking arc of each episode, and with how much time was spent between that and the motw fights, it felt like the entire rest of the cast was largely neglected outside of their focus episodes.
Maybe it's just because it's a recent season and so it's more fresh in my memory, but I feel like because of the cooking thing, Kira ended up having just about the worst case of pink privilege ever.
