This manga might be the best treatment of mind control that I've seen so far.

Himenospia is a what-if story on Arachnid. The epilogue of Arachnid ended with the ant queen being killed, the soldiers going berserk and this had the outcome of turning the whole of Japan into a post-apocalyptic den of rape zombies. The rest of the world is lucky that the zombies cannot swim as they lack intelligence to do so.

Though it does not look it, Himeno's ability to make an endless amount of highly intelligent slaves is a step beyond that and is an existential threat to humanity. Seen from that perspective, the SWAT shooting up a school to prevent this does not seem that big of a deal. They were in a hurry once they realized what was up.

The world is pretty much fucked now that insects are loose. I have great expectations of this.

The best part is all MC's friends are being mind controlled. I can't take seriously any of their interactions.

Murata Shinya only does the storyboards for his mangos. His layouts are rather repetitive. Pages made with a 1/2 panel, 1/4, then 2 1/8 tend to come up frequently, even several times in a row.
