why would the holy treasure be a hat? we know its what helps the WG keep control of the world. by far the most likely explanation is that its something that transforms into an image of the biggest potential threats for its user (im-sama) so they can stamp it out early. strawhat obviously means luffy, but it explains why im has pictures of BB, shirhoshi (even though very few people know she is an ancient weapon) and vivi (soon to be ruler of alabasta which also has an ancient weapon).

Raftel is the kingdom mentioned here. It is the home of the .D's. This is the reason the most important ponyglyphs, the rio is located there. The D's were the opponent of the Celestial Dragons during the war. Imu probably did something disastrous to win the war. This is why they surpress info and people call it the void century. The allies of D that we know of are:
-Dwarfes (Grandpa dwarf mentioned fighting against the Rosante family)
-Wano (Helped make the poneglyphs)
-Fishman Island (Promise with Joyboy)
-Sky Island (The shandians had a promise with the D people to protect the ponyglyph)
- (more allies that we dont know of)

What will happen is Luffy will lead them again and this time beat the Celestial dragons with their help and fulfill the promise made with Joyboy by doing
