Stop lying faggot. The manga introduced far too many characters in the Soul Society Arc and didn't have enough time to flesh them out. So instead of having a steadily expanding universe like many other shounen Bleach got into a cycle of introducing new ideas, concepts, characters, etc simply for the purpose of moving things along. The were too many irrelevant characters, meaningless fights and gaping plot holes for Bleach to maintain it's original quality.

Bleach’s story might have been an afterthought to Kubo but it never actively went against its own themes like Naruto ended up doing.

Bleach is a certain kind of frustrating due to the fact that you can tell Kubo had certain ambitions for reinventing battle shonen as a whole while he was writing it, but it falls flat because simply taken as a battle shonen it lacks any and all interest.
For a shonen about the world of the dead barely anything is done about it, Soul Society could just have well just been a hidden society of magic users as opposed to a realm of spirits and not much would've changed. The actual grief of characters coping with death is something hardly explored once the episode Hollow-of-the-week chapters pass. You know what would have been interesting? Having Ichigo or his friends once more forced to confront the dead spirits of people of their pass in the same way Orihime confronted her brother. Maybe have one of Ichigo's friends come back as a hollow and thusly force Ichigo to morally deal with it. You could even make a rescue arc about that where Ichigo attempts to protect said friend while Soul Society wishes to do the opposite. Maybe have some of the captains or lieutenants be spirits of people related to the characters, I'm not just talking about having Isshin turn out to be Ichigo's dad or finding out Ichigo's mom is a quincy in one of Bleach's least-spirited plot twists. You could tell there definitely was a certain fire in early bleach to deal with those kinds of topics but Kubo gave up when he realized DBZ with swords was far more profitable.

There's plenty more that can be said about Kubo's attempts at making Bleach into a far deeper work. What of all the hints towards eastern vs western mythology? Soul Society is clearly rooted in Japanese myth, with a splash of Chinese in there due to characters like Soi Fon. Meanwhile villains like the Arrancars represent Spanish lore and the Sternritters take on Germanic, I've seen people try to praise this as brave storytelling but really what is Kubo trying to say if he's trying to say anything at all? Does he actually have a message about eastern and western religions? Is he making an attempt to properly compare or contrast them. The Sternritters clearly tried to have some deeper thought put into them with each of their powers tied into a letter of the alphabet that supposed to relate to each one's personality, but with 26 new characters introduced and not enough time to properly define them except out of how cool he can make them look in a fight this whole concept meant nothing. None of these characters got much characterization minus what you could tell at a glance. Haschwalth is the same kind of soft-spoken smug bishounen you've seen since Byakuya. Bazz-b is crass and hot-blooded much like how Renji and Grimmjow were. Gerard is boisterous and overconfident. You can take a look at a spread sheet of these characters and pretty much guess what each of them is going to be like, even the attempts at trying to make his new roster of villains seem more complex by giving them vague interpersonal relationships (Bazz-b and Haschwalth comes to mind) falls flat when in the end not much is done with it.

The ending was rushed shit but when it comes to conveying the theme of the story Kubo did a great job. Especially compared to kishi who betrayed the original themes of Naruto.

Narita revealed that Kubo told him he was going to end Bleach in a year or two. He knew the timeframe he had, but clearly fucked up by focusing too much on trivial fights and characters. Kubo has a huge problem with drawing shit out for chapters upon chapters as we can see in previous arcs. Some may not believe Narita, but I do. It would explain why we got novels announced a few months after the manga finished up, and why Kubo didn't even bother to finish up his most important plot-line or give characters like Yoruichi/Urahara/Grimmjow even a small panel in the epilogue chapters to show their whereabouts. Kubo was probably like "the novels will take care of that, no big deal".

The major plot twist is great. I was genuinely shocked at the master keikaku planner. *keikaku means plan.
Everything goes tits up after it, though. A 50 episode filler that kills all momentum of the series. Then it just dawdles until it deals with the the main villain, but the author got greedy and started expanding the story well past the real main villain.
