It's great until after fake Kakyoin, Justice and Genie arcs were good, gets good again when they entered Egypt and fight Anubis, quickly goes to shit with brothers, the magnet chick and the dude that makes people younger, becomes BRILLIANT for an arc ( D'arby ) turns to probably the lowest point of the series with that one brother and hol horse, and lastly goes back to good from pet shop on

I could bear with it but then they had to introduce 9 new stand users when they were in egypt and DIO's fight was a mess.

They dragged it out far to much, Part 3 has less chapters than Part 4 and yet got 48 instead of 39 episodes. The pacing is too god damn slow. On the plus side Part 3 had some the best animation of the whole series, I remember the scene where Dio‘s photograph is revealed being animated fucking beautifully.

Everything involving the brothers was trash. The one illusion user in the desert and the age regression guy were the other terrible parts.

Other than those everything went from middling to great. Still better than season one but was very weak compared to the rest.

Good. They need to stop milking that one part. Even with parts 4 and 5 being animated now they still only put Jotaro and Dio in Jump Force from what I understand. Not that I care about that game but it just shows that people are still stuck on part 3 after 20+ years.

Making The Sun a full episode was a mistake.

Nearly every encounter was 2 episodes when there wasn't a need for them to be. Part 3 has around 430 less pages than part 4 but 9 more episodes. It's a slog to watch because of this.

The OVA is superior. Better animation, not stiff slideshow trash and gets to the point. Part 3 is a fucking slog.

I have no idea why people obsess over part 3 in particular. Maybe because it was the first part to introduce stands but either way, it's one of the least interesting parts.

Cut it down to 39 episodes. Or less. Condense some of the encounters rather than drawing them out. I don't particularly care for part 3 that much so unless they change a lot about it I don't think it can really be "fixed".

After a while I was hoping to see kakyoin be the focus but it always leaned on polnareff. Sort of irked me because polnareff also was basically the buttmonkey after avenging his sister.

Agreed. I dropped JoJo after part 2, because stands + the monster of the week was boring bullshit. The series was at its best when it was told in serial format and hamon wasn't retconned out of existance.
Jotaro is also a shit character who is a downgrade to Joseph in every way. While Joseph carried his show with charisma, Jotaro had to have his show carried by his crew because he had no charisma
