It's an unfinished story, which simply stops with no resolution to any conflicts or character arcs it started. If you are fine with that and just want an atmosphere of weirdness/bodyhorror/suffering, go ahead and read it.

Have you read Milk Closet? I stopped even trying to understand what's going on 3/4 into the story. Interesting ride, nevertheless. It seems to me that the author has trouble putting his thoughts into a coherent story.

Yeah i have read it and it was something else. There were so much stuff going, the fact that mc was casually turned into soup is beyond me. Looking at the covers i thought that the author has some fetish for girl x alien symbiosis and that the whole Milk Closet was about incorporating his fetishes into science fiction

Yeah, Milk Closet does feel like author's fetish dump. The body horror was too much too often. Other than that, the manga felt as a 100 chapter story forcibly compressed into 20 chapters. By the end I had to double check to make sure I didn't accidentally skip some chapters. The white ant was best girl.

Yeah, mostly. It's almost certainly not meant to be taken as a literal rape. But, I believe the scene is deliberately stylized in a way so as to invoke such imagery in order to portray the sheer fear and despair Yuri felt during the attack. I'd compare it to Asuka's mind rape in Eva.
