Imagine if they show female Anasui in the anime and manga readers think it will stay that way, only for DP to keep the inconsistency and make him male later.

They showed trish's weird mark on the ground after Grateful death so it could happen, but they also changed the part 4 midgets so they would have their actual height from the start. Anything could happen really.
