Unless proven otherwise at some point I think there's some alternate universe collision stuff going on. Between the weird stuff that happened during the flashback we got during the Damo arc and more recently Kyo being erased from the photo.

Johnny would be nearly 140 years old in 2011. Unless the rock doctor is lying about his age they said he's around 80 years old or something. Doesn't line up with the rock baby that washed up either.

Wu, Jobin, or head doctor. Wu was shown to be able to shoot things at high speed like when he shot a rock into Yasuho's ear. If Speed King can speed up particles that could do it too. And the projectile came from behind Josuke I'm pretty sure, which fits with Jobin more than Wu. We don't know anything about the head doctor so it could be him too.

Thanks. That was quite long ago. I really should give jojolion a reread from the start or I will forget everything before it ends.

Reading SO now (I've been spoiled about MIH and the cast dying and shit so don't bother) and it's pretty good. Jolyne and Pucci are miles better than Giorno and Diavolo, so far the supporting cast is a bit of a step down in comparison to how great Koichi, Okuyasu, Jotaro and Rohan were, or Buccellati, Abbacchio, Mista and Narancia. But thankfully there haven't been any completely irrelevant and superflous characters like Fugo and Trish, even Emporio who isn't a fighter seems more important than them. The minor villains are forgettable compared to parts 4 and 5, but the fights themselves can be pretty good (Dragons Dream and YoYoMa felt too long though.)

I need to ask though, is this fourteen words thing ever elaborated on? I like the idea and recognize the reference to A.I Artificial Intelligence, but I don't understand how DIO knew all this stuff.

The Higashikata logo is explained in the first pages of the first chapter of the of the shakedown road arc: Kira had infiltrated the Higashikata family to erase his sister's name from the family tree to protect her, because Kirak new that the Higashikata fruit parlor worked with the rock humans(this would explain why Kira had the publisher logo on his hand).

Regarding Karera, very simply, Kira and Josefumi already knew her (Josefumi knows that she is a colleague at the university, so much so that she calls him ‘’ Secchan ’’, and Kira even knows what her stand is). Simply, Kira and Josefumi consider her an acquaintance, while Karera, as a stalker, considers herself a great friend of the boys.

Regarding Kyo deleted from the photo of the last chapter, the speech is set from the point of view of Tsurugi, who talks about the people he loves, so his family and Josuke. There is no reason why Tsurugi should "love" Kyo, who has been working at the Higashikata’s for a few weeks

Realistically, would meeting the head doctor even change anything?
If we're going by SBR length then we don't exactly have the time to meet a main villain, set up their character with an interesting stand while having a stand fight. SBR may not be perfect but it still slowly built up this idea of someone pulling the strings along the way. It was only after the vitamin c fight araki fully committed to the whole rokakaka storyline. My biggest fear, with jojolion being my favourite part, is that araki introduces the head doctor and it all hastily comes to a close.
I'm not against the head doctor but I am slightly worried.

I feel like it's too far in for a main villain to suddenly appear and still feel satisfying by the part's end. I kinda like the idea of it being Jobin. We get to see him at his goofiest with the beetles, at his most vulnerable as a child, how he genuinely hopes to help his family and yet how his attempts to do so have hurt them. He's a real human character. Just pull some rokakaka shenanigans to power him and his stand up. At the moment I wouldn't say I'm fully on board would this idea, Speed King is a little underwhelming and a rather strange design, but I think Araki could do it well.

I don’t think Jobin will be a traditional villain nor will this arc have one but Jobins certainly been the one set up to be the final hurdle. He was established fairly early, has a Stand with a hidden ability, and has already been set opposite of Gappy

when the manga mentioned Speed King's hidden power, did they made clear if Jobin was aware of this and is just hiding it, or was it more of a 'it has some unknown hidden potential'? I don't remember it myself

Oh shit, I kinda like this idea. Speed king being a skeleton, and the equivalent exchange filling him out with a cool-looking main-villainish body and power and maybe even a new name. Jobin's body itself possibly also being powered up in some way perhaps similar to the rock humans, so the final battle is sorta like part 3's, where the final enemy is a stand user beyond human.
