Foreshadowing in the typical sense of the word where they keep dropping hints that things are not as they seem or throwing out symbolic moments that end up being little "huh..." moments when rereading, no, but actually thinking about what her motives may be from the beginning could have given you this since some of us did think something wasn't as it seemed with Eve.

I mean, think about it, she was all charming, sexy, flirty, kept saying that she wanted to be with Tarou and that she loved him and would do anything for him, all of this coming from someone (thing?) that had an actual reason to make Tarou fall for her, which is her survival. I still fully expect for Tarou to kiss Ibusuki and Eve to revert back to her "nice" self before dissapearing or whatever but her actions without the lovable filter or whatever can be seen as insanely weird and manipulative whenever they are alone (like in the park chapter).

Actually it seemed weird that after it was revealed that Tarou headbutted Ibusuki when they were little kids (and that he himself cried) that Eve was still a nice FLZ who wasn't affected by their separation

You're misunderstanding. There's nothing special about Eve. She's a regular FLZ, other than being heartbroken. She has no actual will of her own. Same with Kyouko. They merely act like they do because it's what Tarou and grandpa wanted them to be like and as FLZ they have to respond to that desire.

So either she knowingly manipulated Tarou to ensure her survival or she's literally Tarou's delusion that bends to his every whim signifying that he's still an energy saving man at heart and hasn't changed for shit.

Either way Eve end was a dumb idea from the beginning.

The story actually lead us to the latter where Eve is heavily influenced by Tarou feeling. But the way author write the recent chapters is as if Eve had manipulated Tarou all along. This feel like a cheap attempt to make reader hate Eve.
