Sankaku has the most content in the sense that it has a little bit of a lot of things, but all of those things are basically just previews or content you can easily find anywhere else, unless you're a complete idiot.

Okay but twitter only helps you as far as the specific artists you follow, good luck finding stuff for a specific character, for example. There's already things like Pixiv, Fantia or Enty, but most people either don't know basic runes to browse them or don't want to support the artists to have access to their Fantia/Enty stuff.
The Panda also exists and it's MUCH better than Sankaku for anything that isn't non lewd content, and even there it still keeps getting various things like artbooks that you won't find on Sankaku.

The vast majority of Fantia/Enty stuff doesn't leave those places if not after several months, or years, and when it does, it hardly ever finds its way to Sankaku of all places, they didn't even allow loli SFM until relatively recently, they're way behind on SFM content in general too compared to places like Rule34, though if you still bother with any of those host sites instead of browsing the /aco/ threads you're beyond hopeless either way.

The real question is why artists care so much about their work that their willing to host their crap on the absolute worst possible websites? I understand wanting to protect your work but twitter is by far the worst thing they could have all agreed to use for art distribution, it doesn't have a single good thing going for it.
