It's been awhile, when do they talk about weed? Is it when all the children are on the spaceship or before that?

It's near the end, after they learn the planet is doomed but before they launch the spaceship with children I think. They learned they were gonna die so the president's wife asks to legalize marijuana to lessen the people's suffering. I don't know how that works because all the plants on Earth have vanished at that point but who cares it's Fourteen.

I've shilled it a few times on here after someone shilled it to me

got 70~ chapters in and just couldn't do it. art was unique and concept was interesting at first but the melodrama was painful to watch and my god the characterization was...I dunno, most of the characters came off as purely alien to me.
