I agree that sword and dagger is one of the best fencing loadouts. In the story though Nanami never made a good use out of the dagger. Probably, because of dagger being more of a symbol in the series. If you've noticed, in the last duel of Nanami, after she have lost certain illusions about her brother, she goes with the sword only.
But on the other side Juri would loose against a good hema fencer armed with sword and dagger or sword and cape
