I think what bleach had above the other 2 in the big 3 was aesthetics.
Though, I'm probably biased since I have a big boner over that mid-2000's punky style, dunno what you'd call it. The kind of style in games like The World Ends With You and Jet Set Radio. I love that stuff.

Completely agree user. I remember as a teenager that I loved the early Bleach episodes so much that I ended up watching it about 12 times.
