Nino also has the role of beating some sense into Maruo (which directly ties into his warning for Fuutarou in this chapter) ever since chapter 2. That's end of the manga stuff, so I doubt she will lose before that.
I can consider the possibility of Fuutarou rejecting her, but not because of his feelings, but because of Papa. Which will lead to the development of his feelings for her.
I'm not a fan of her going back (yet again, fuck you Negi) to being in a rush. If it the same as before, I'm sure it's going to backfire. On the plus side it might lead to a character development for her.
And last, but not least, her "settling everything" might mean dropping all worries she has and admitting to being the kisser.

I don't dislike Itsuki, but I don't get how you get a satisfying ending with her as a bride, considering how she's been set up so far as a character. If she falls for him now or has been in love with him all along, it seems a little late, like the girl in a lot of these stories who is a late entrant and loses anyways. She feels like she's supposed to be the friend, supporter, and deuteragonist who grows into her own path (being a teacher).
The more I think about what's happened in the manga, the more I think Nino's the bride. Miku also has a good case, but the hints, clues, and info we've been given make a lot of sense if Nino is the bride, even if she has been heavy handed.
I also wonder if Negi has been playing us the whole time by making us overthink everything while putting the answer right in front of us. Either the Itsuki or Nino developments have been feints and misdirection.
