It is a good premise for a NTR doujin but not that much for a good novel plot if the MC refuse to change his character over the course of the story.
If he does, then it is great and its about a story of a perverted trash who put women on pedestals finally realized that the other gender are also people like him with their own likes and flaws and finally like someone while accepting both good and bad about them.
If he doesn't, eh it is just a prolong comedy with no conclusion ever in sight like that tomboy 4koma just for decades of milking until even the pasture dried up.
