I get that Kayo having a child gets people angry because how much time they spent on their relationship but who waits for that time for a coma patient from a childhood crush? He gets with a high school student about 10 years younger. How is that not a win?

it's the opposite. pizza girl meant to be paired with the mc from the beginning. This is just another example of an artist failing to adapt to popular demand
