I don't know about people that live in the South Pole but 14 degrees is cold for me. Sometimes I even have to wear a jacket indoors, but its not so bad that I have to turn on the heater.

That's nothing, my middle school forced us to go to the courtyard at lunchbreak when it was -10 Celsius.Also,our PE teacher was a dick and sometimes made us run in that weather.
