There are quite a few with no cons like Shinobu, Kanbaru, and Ougi, as well as several with no pros such as Nadeko, Sodachi, and Tsukihi. The entire lineup pretty much does break down into waifu tier, mixed bag tier (those like Senjougahara and Hanekawa that do in fact have pros and cons), and shit tier with rankings within the tiers determined entirely by taste in fetishes.

Snail's strongest feature is consistency in her writing.
Snail is sympathetic because as a person we wish she could find her way just to see her mother. She is also tragic because her survival usually means a catastrophe to everyone else. But she's also tough because she doesn't complain and breakdown crying when it comes to accepting reality and responsibility, when the push comes to shove she'll step up. And she's always a great foil for bants with Araragi, she has a cute gimmick that is way too smart to be real and Nisio consistently hits these bits with her.
Meanwhile other characters like Kanbaru, while I think she's an amazing foil to Araragi, her bants with Araragi is the only part I enjoy, her story arcs weren't that good for me and if anything I kind of hated her in her introduction. Hanekawa is all right most of the time, but essentially she's just another unrequited love story. To me the only real rival to Snail is Shinobu.
