You are acting like 3Hz ever needs either to succeed. They are an animation studio. They get paid to animate what someone else wants them to animate. Someone wants them to animate some gacha shit, then they will do it.
We got lucky with Flip Flappers, not only was it something Oshiyama was personally invested in, but he aslo managed to find some production committee to finance this show. If they ever wanted to make this some kind of big cashcow, then they would also invest in some advertisement.
