the issue with the 7 quirks is plot Armor and convenience. From now on, Whenever Dekuck gets into a serious situation that he needs an "out" in, Hori will pull the "oh look, here's one of those new quirks, just in time to save deku lmao". Its just bad writing. Basically a DBZ zenkai boost, but with a literal new ability everytime. The worst part is that I know for a fucking fact that Hori is going to write Deku into a God mode-esque state. He's going to if he has to fight AFO right? Its the only way to win at this point. Its not the fact that he has 7 quirks now that's the problem, it's the fact that you know they're going to be plot Armor. What stops Deku from giving his hair to all of his classmates and giga stockpiling then re consuming their DNA to literally become God himself?

This makes the story and character development way to unstable for me personally. I think I'll stop reading it and just watch it from now on.

It's an asspull because Horikoshi has written himself an out for any troubling situation. Deku is obviously going to kill AFO and Higarashi bu the end, sure, but what about the others he has to fight in between? He fucking fought a guy who literally disintegrates shit without a second thought (as far as I've read, but I'm aware of the7 quirks shit). Hori is only going to write enemies with more and more power, eventually it'll become godlike enemies.

Deku is obviously going to get his ass beat by a nee powerfulenemy, then all of a sudden a hidden quirk reveals itself in his time of need, and he'll win. The reason it's a problem is because there is no hint as to what the quirks could be, so for all we know Deku could gain literal invincibility and godlike abilities, it's just to convenient for the plot, and Deku already has a shitload of plot armor, the fight with Muscular proves this.
