But why? Isn't the manga more episodic? Also at each volume there is a different protagonist, right? Yuri, Hachi, Ai and Fee. The perspective is very different

Manga somehow feels more serious about examining characters' emotions. Anime Hachimaki never reached half the tension of manga Hachimaki, and anime Tahabe is just a moeblob. Manga Tanabe is very charming in an autistic way. I kinda want to marry her now.
