I said it last week, in chapter 75 Yotsuba and Itsuki have their autism lamp. The cranes and energy drink weren't their birthday gift for Fuutarou, but the cranes represented "luck" (it was Yotsuba's idea) and the energy drink represented "energy" (but it was a simple refreshment). Negi won't show focus on their "actual" gifts since that isn't important.

-Nino ; she wanted to kiss him under the bell, but not on these conditions. But with what she saif ch 68 p 12, its possible she might wants to kiss him disguised as Itsuki. Plus she's in full attack mode, she could have the balls to do it.
-Ichika : she knew about what Nino wanted to do, and her development during this arc could make her wants to do what nino wanted to do, being egoist. But she is injured to the leg, running like that at the end is kinda off...
-Yotsuba : the dark horse. We don't know what's on her mind, we never see her inner thoughts. But she is perturbed with her grandpa, so I don't know.... not plausible to me.
-Itsuki : she is Rena, but during this arc, what is developped is her friendship with Fuutarou, not her love. I just can't see her kiss Fuutarou intentionally. Maybe it's an accident (wants to kiss him on the cheek as thanks, but it finish like you know... not plausible to be honest)
-Miku : I don't know for her. Looks like she is satisfied with chapter 67. And she don't have the type of personality to run of the MC for wanting a kiss. But.... why not I guess ? Plus she wants Fuutarou to fall for her, this kiss is not really ok with this way of thinking.

Nino is simply assertive and determined. That's not a bad thing, and Fuutarou acts like he isn't romantically interested in any of them, but that doesn't stop them from going after him regardless.
Marika treated like a joke since start of her appearing though. Also unlike Marika, Nino has pretty narrow mindset when comes with love while it's bad on it's own, it left her some possibility for her to go through another round of character development to learning what true love is. Not mention Fuutarou a bit by bit is learning about what is love by himself. I can see both Nino and him got their love development together in upcoming arc.
