Itsuki may or may not be a love interest like Nino is but she's definitely more of a main girl than her, she also doesn't need to be the bride for that, just being the closest to him in friendship way is more telling of her role in the story.

False, since Miku tried to do just that in chapter 75. She even apologized for trying to get the "drop" on her sisters even though she agreed to Ichika's plan. She's also trying to make "advances" on him.
