That reminds me, is there any isekai that combines several different "power systems" to become OP, like the "power of methods" from Shield Hero?
Imagine someone trains in regular martial arts techniques (training in all weapons and hand-to-hand combat), trains magic, trains touki, trains spiritual powers (making a contract with a spirit), trains in daoist cultivation, eats the souls of enemies to become stronger (i.e. more realistic version of "lvl up"), and finally obtain "skills" (like Slime, Death March, or Death Mage).
Of course all under the assumption that these aren't mutually exclusive.

What I'm writing (I haven't uploaded it yet) has pretty much that.
Ultimately it's just different ways to use magic based on cultural and racial aspects.
Like, dwarves use runes/enchanting, elves make contract with spirits and use them as if they were Pokemon, beastmen are daoists, humans are generic wizards, etc, etc.
There are also "blessings" (aka cheats) given by the gods to their champions who are either natives who were given that power for some reason or earthlings who were reincarnated with that power (the later usually have stronger and cooler powers), Demons are also mortal who sold their soul to the "God of Evil" in exchange for similar powers, except this type of "blessing" turns them into abominations.

I haven't read enough to get a feel for it, but in my experience it's more like half half. When they struggle though, it really makes you wonder how the hell the world would turn out if the MC wasn't around to save the day, cause the people stronger tend to be too busy with their own chess matches against opponents of their level while MC gets beaten like a rag doll burning through all their cheats like MMO cooldowns just to barely eke out a win or even just surviving.

In the WN they had rough sex at the end of the first major arc (not counting the prologue arc), but in the manga that was appearently completely cut out. Was their relationship just completely remodeled in LN and/or manga into "generic companionship with no progress" or was it just slowed down/relocated and still happens later? Because it made me quite mad when after having read the WN version I reached that part in the manga and my expectations were completely betrayed.
I mean I can stomach rewriting the stuff the MC did with his "rebirth" succubus mother, but the changes with the main heroine were really frustrating to read.
