We all like to forget, but as his backup Kakine theoretically has nearly the same capabilities and potential as Accelerator. Given the right conditions, he could achieve the things Accelerator has achieved like the wings and equalize himself with other things like magic. Besides that, he's pretty much the only villain currently that can match Accelerator's pace and growth and provide him a challenge even when he becomes extremely powerful.

If he's going to get any stand, it's going to tell him how to weave, create and mix magic. For everything 545 is having Accelerator do, Kakine's stand will do the opposite and advise him on attacking and approaching

Unlike Accel, Kakine has no problems with magic, because he is not alive in the first place and he does not care about internal damage.

Other than NT12 and NT15 all the other volumes were perfectly fine, especially NT16 and 17.

I only like one volume of Kamisato arcs, and Misaki arc is almost unreadable.

NT-11 is lighthearted and easy to read. It feels incredibly short at that, especially if you read it right after 9-10 wild ride. It’s a gap volume to disassociate the reader with the sheer amount of Oh-shit that Othinus saga was and return to the world of regular enemies.
