This swapping technique works on someone in mid-air and it transfers momentum (the demon was impaled on spikes) which is just plain absurd. In this chapter Todo used a convenient situation (he was thrown at spikes by the demon) but technically he can recreate the thrown-at-spike tactic as much as he wants. He can stab a spear on the ground with the blade up, take a few steps back, run at full speed, jump face first, clap, and the victim's brain would be impaled on the spear with absolutely nothing they can do about it. The victim would be mid-air and hurled at sprinting speed, face first, their eye pointed a the spear, possibly as close as 1 centimeter away. Explosives are even easier to set up. Drop a land mine, jump and swap. If the target can fly, use a time bomb and swap when it has .1 seconds left. But my IQ isn't 53 000 so maybe I'm missing reasons why it wouldn't work.

Damn good question. I still don't get it either, seems like some kind of freak phenomenon that superboosts an attack but you can actually replicate it with fine enough control

yeah, but mc can do it cause of sukuna being on a natural delay?? so he accelerates it to be in the "black flash" zone and therefor gets what is basically a critical hit?
this is hard because normal shamans powet flows instantly with 0 delay and so its unnatural to slow it down?

It's an exorcist technique that occurs when you hit someone, and then channel your curse power into the impact site within a fraction of a second.
At first I thought it was something only Itadori had done, but this chapter shows that it's something that anyone can potentially do, however we can assume that Itadori's is among the top tier in strength because of Sukuna's power behind it .
