Natsuo was clearly troubled by it and he thinks he must've troubled Hina the same way, so while he doesn't reciprocate Rui's feelings, he agrees to continuing kissing in secret. This is also why Rui was upset when Natsuo tried to push her to Alex.
>Hina is shown to be drawn to Natsuo during the camping trip despite knowing that Shuu is now available.
>When Hina catches the two kissing, she couldn't hold back anymore and decides to move out before things get worse
>When Natsuo confronts Hina about the reason for moving out, the reason she got upset and ran away was because Natsuo had accused her of still holding feelings for Shuu and wanting to move out so that she could be with him now that he is divorced. Without this bit of important context, the anime makes it appear that she was throwing a tantrum for no reason.
