And her episode was cliched as hell and barely even made sense - they just fucking lie to the guy about his kid being back and write a song solely so LILY gets closure? And having her care more about being an 'eternal middle schooler' than her only family?

'Fairly realistically' have you ever been around a child? In your life? They're (thankfully) nothing like Lily, who is a child written by someone who doesn't know how kids act or doesn't care to portray it. She was an absolutely terrible, annoying, one-note pain in the ass and not even in the way a 'fairly realistic' child would be.
