Girl is bullied by school mates. Raped as a little girl and mother resented her for it, called her a whore, carved the scar into her face. Is bullied her entire life and beaten by mother. Gets stung by a wasp one day, bullies make her eat wasp. Wasp gives her superpowers that let her sting anybody she likes, she can kill men with it or make girls her slaves.. not so much slaves but they're basically infatuated with her. Government agency knows about these wasps, usually the wasps sting humans to make humans protect them but because she ate the wasp now she's the Queen wasp controlling humans and can reason and plan and shit. So they storm the school that she's taken over with tacticool soldiers and are going to capture her and kill everybody else. Oh and the girls she stings gets giant vagina stingers too (the stingers come out their vaginas). Something something metaphor.

Going by the author's record that's the least likely thing to happen. If there is any male character, they would either be nameless rapist or absolute beasts like Kumo and Hibiki.
The ending will either be MC died and her bitches nuke the world, or somehow hoardes of females got the same power as her and they started a battle royale for territory.

I forgot to add in reply to you that I do think it'll turn into a battle royale thing. I would not be surprised if it turns into a 'insect with shaky science applied' battle. So, Killing Bites but with insects and shit. The alternative is as you said, they all have the same power, but that would be rather boring.
