Its why it is easy to spot what is an "Otome" story aimed towards guys, and one towards women. Hint: It includes villaines and/or it is a series with a significant cast of women along with the fem MC. Because women are like guys, they don't like competition for their self-insert harem fantasy.

It would be fun if they play this this "Otome" theme and do something more original, such a maybe have a femMC who is heading down a bad route she wants to avoid, or get reincarnated into an otome Prince who can attract all the girls, except the one he loves. How about add a little bit of spice and have a gender bender otome where a guy dies and is reincarnated into the otome MC/Villainess and hates all the guys, and is trying to get no flag, and is failing miserably by being hard to get.

The harem aspect is in the background. I don't see any of your usual harem hijinks. The otome game setting part is a red herring to blind the reincarnators to the truth of the world. And most of the readers as well it seems.
It had superb world building and actions. My only complain is that its romance is very lacking, kind of similar to Eliza really.
