That was the case before the reboot, but not now. You're literally put on a clock and have to rush when you face the two clans that can use it, Megacolony and Great Nature. Megas can just stun you with Darkface while GN can just have it as an accompanying win-con in their deck.

No. As far as AI goes there are only really the 3ds games. They're easy enough to emulate but were never translated. If you know the game you can easily play them without knowing any Japanese but I wouldn't recomend them for learning how to play.

Cardfight Area is garbage but it's the best free Vanguard sim out and there are some people willing to help out newer ones.
Vanguard is also really easy to teach

The real question is who will Aichi and Ibuki be. In the manga they were Sword and Blade but if they keep it that way then it will be hard to get all 6 of them out at the same time. I would prefer Aichi as MLB and Ibuki as Sword.

Z tried to be ambitious by bringing back every character ever but failed and ended up being rushed, the apostles were all jobbers that lost after 1 or 2 fights, Q4 were along the same lines as Crow/Jack/Asuka/Edo from ARC-V and the final fight with Gyze was pathetic.

It is fixing it. The whole plot makes more sense now with the backstory of Takuto and Cray coming in earlier in the series and being given coherently. Ibuki is a better secondary antagonist than Reversed Kai. Everything has had buildup carrying over from the first arc rather than feel like whiplash coming from OG s1 to everything past that. The scale of conflict is much smaller, confined to a single town, which fits Vanguard’s M.O. The brisk pacing works with a simple plot rather than waste lots of time with filler fights that don’t affect the plot and slowly getting the primary characters involved in the story when it’s a simple plot to begin with. The balance of lighthearted comedy and the serious drama works better than just being serious all the time because let’s be honest, Vanguard has shown it can’t do 100% serious plots that well. Having an inherently dumb premise and poking fun at it at the right times works better.

Death Army Lady is the next promo so yeah.

The QUALITY in this episode was abundant probably because the animators were wasting their time drawing too many fucking characters and different units.
The only salvageable part of this disaster was struggling with trying to save everyone and happening and what did happen over the course of G and the threat of him becoming difridden.
If the cast was reduced to the core needed(Try 3, Taiyou and the Onimarus) and they focused more on this aspect, GZ might not have been a garbage fire.

It's not hard. Just take Jaime Flowers out because they contributed absolutely nothing. Focus on Fukuhara and Chrono's team in particular Henri and Kazuma. Do a little side plot buildup of Noa/Chaos Breaker and put more focus on the Diffriders. You could do a smaller tournament that's about 10-12 episodes and it could work out well with the other episodes being non-tournament based character building.

I honestly do not get the hype for break your spell, I much prefer infinite rebirth to it.

It strikes a lot of the right chords for being a "serious" OP. From the opening piano to the end, it starts off strong and ends strong.
Combined with the action-packed visuals, it forms a great climatic opening.

Clan exclusive triggers is a little much. I don't think theres enough design space in triggers to come up with 24 types that are significantly different. That sort of thing is probably better left up to triggers with abilties. I do hope that when V eventually gets there they have less shield compared to the new vanilla ones though. I would much prefer a crit with an effect but only 10k or even 5k shield rather than a straight upgrade.

You'll get more Neo Nectar next season. Bushiroad already did it a huge favor in the first place by actually giving it slightly coreographed fights. In the manga source Rekka and Neo Nectar lost like a grunt in a mecha show trying to fight the protagonist who arrives at the last second.
And speaking of coreographing,the Ren vs Rekka fight would just have to be another sackfest for Ren anyway.
