Manga does many things great, ONE is great at composing the scenes and paneling while others draw the details, buildings and shading. It's a must read for sho.
Anime is ok I guess, the animation quality is higher than almost any other show. The pacing is wack in parts.

Try doing a bit for both, compare and decide which format is better for you. Manga's style may not appeal to everyone, I myself prefer anime and think it's creative and amazing, but some may not

Season 1 is mostly episodic introductions to Mob with no relation to eachother, followed by an extended plotline.

Season 2 is exactly the same but the first half develops Mob's character instead. It's a bit more rushed in places, absolutely - but it would be more convoluted if you spend even more time on literal who side characters. They're getting through the tertiary stuff to focus back on Mob again.

I really like these moments where Reigen is shown to be quite vulnerable. He isn't sure if his plan will work and shows genuine fear of dying but he believes it's the best course of action, giving the curse to someone else is completely out of the question.
That was a really nice read. I like how this spin off is more laid back/SOL than MP100 while not cutting back on the suspense and still giving us more insight into Reigen's character. Tome is definitely the MC though as she's the one who develops and learns something by the end while Reigen is still mostly the same. I think there's potential for more content, each volume revolving around a different side character.

I feel like a work of fiction could never actually utterly reverse how a show functions at its core like that. Even though it was an epic scene, I still knew it would somehow be reversed as it just conflicted with the rest of the show so far. You can't go back to Mob's love in Tsubome, trying to lift with the club, or whatever else silly shit Mob does on a daily basis after an event that traumatic.

I think Mob is the type of series that actually gets better on the second viewing. I remember not being into it when I first watched it but I stuck it out and now it's unironically my favorite anime. Now when I go back and re-watch season 1, it's infinitely more enjoyable since I've gotten to know and have fallen in love with all these characters. If/when Mob gets a full adaptation it's going to be a godly experience being able to watch it all at once.
