Asta does not have anti-magic powers. He's just a regular (magicless) guy who trained his ass off and uses a sword that contains anti-magic powers.

Disagree. If Lee kept on training he could eventually learn attacks like Evening Elephant which easily surpass Kage level. Relatively weaker attacks would put him around Kage level.

Horse shit. Deku never trained until promised power. Asta trained his ass off and swore he'd become powerful without power. Loser vs. winner mentality.

And Asta's power isn't nearly as broken (despite somehow being the most broken power in the series) since he still physically has to use his sword for his magic to work. Meanwhile Deku was already gifted the strongest ability in the series with no rival yet if that wasn't broken enough has 7 quirks now.

Nah, Deku's consequences of being quirkless are totally eliminated once he gets a quirk. He doesn't get discriminated against anymore like he did when he was a kid. Sure he has trouble controlling it at first but once Full Cowl comes in is when OFA becomes a 'usable' or practical quirk and he starts to fit in with his classmates and everyone else.

Asta's consequences of being magic-less are always a thing no matter what he does. He constantly faces discrimination by nobles not just because he has no magic but also for being born a peasant.
People always bring up how Anti-magic is overpowered. Sure the concept of a sword that cancels out the power system is overpowered in and of itself, but Asta himself with the sword is not overpowered because the sword's potential is limited by him being magic-less.
Plus there are numerous advantages that magic users have over him, like for example how they use Reinforcement magic to increase their strength, defense, speed and senses (pic related). Reinforcement magic is one of if not the most important techniques that characters use to protect themselves. Asta can't use any of that. He has to rely all on his own natural, physical capabilities. The fact that Asta has not won a single major battle by himself so far in 200 chapters is evidence that he isn't overpowered.

Not to mention as BC continues abstract magic types start popping up like "word magic" which Asta cannot physically cut through with his sword to nullify like he can with tangible magic types like fire or water magic. Tabata constantly comes up with good challenges for Asta that never feel contrived.

Listen i get what you're trying to say, it isn't a fault with asta but with shonen in general you can't keep up with someone gifted with hardwork alone. I didn't say asta was like deku i said amoung lee and deku he is more similar to like deku, with sword vs ofa and *ahem* demon *ahem vs "oh my 7". yes, lee trained hard his whole life like asta but he never had ambitions to become pirateking/hokage/wizardking, he knew he couldn't, he just wanted to be a better ninja and prove he could do it with hard work alone. So please stop saying " naruto but with lee as main" when he is just a hardworking naruto with not so op powers and not (reincarnation, father hokage etc) . Any other non magic guy would never be able to catch up to asta no matter what he did unlike lee who was the embodiment of what the average guy in naruto could do if he worked hard.

To be fair, narutoverse is bullshit. Asta gained ki from his hard physical work that helped him sense his opponents moves and helped him regulate his demon sword later on in the series. Lee gained super OP moves gate breaking moves that raise chakra "above hokage level" and can take anything on.

If the Black Cloververse introduces a ki fighting style similar to the dragonball verse and Asta gets it, then it'd be comparable.
