I don't see an issue with this. Letters and ranks alone mean nothing if you don't show the scale and gap difference between them. For example in Mushoku Tensei the S-rank adventurers aren't actually all that superior to A-rank ones, but in say Goblin Slayer or Overlord the difference in the top rank to second rank isn't even close.

It's even more important regarding monsters. A world can have S-rank define merely a dragon while in another world S-rank would mean a demon god.

Is it okay to later ontroduce more female party members, even if he never develops any romantic feelings for them or should I make the whole situation more open so people can pick a girl they resonate with instead of being railroaded into my own pick?

They do care about what is going on in the world. They just don't care about every person's individual whims and wants, some less than others. The god of storms basically doesn't care at all about mortal lives, while the goddess of chaos cares about the shape of society as a whole and has some interest in individuals, but people dying isn't a concern for her at all. They don't want to listen to you complain about your crush not liking you, or that you got sick, they will not make your crush pay attention to you, and they won't cure you of your illness. If someone makes a horrifying monster that can ravage countries, they're likely to pay attention to it, but that doesn't mean they are certain to do anything about it unless it really starts to shift things in that world. Even having a few countries toppled doesn't necessarily mean much to them. Though fucking with the evil god may result in you receiving divine punishment, but that's because they sealed him, and you're actively screwing with the seal on him. Just being a mass murdering fucktard won't cause them to actively do anything, nor does being a saintly person.

The problem is that the girls I'm introducing are not supposed to fall for the MC from minute one. The main love interest that shows up is gone after the first few chapters, while the second girl won't fall for the MC until he's reunited with the first girl.

Different laws of physics should be a giveaway, at the very least. Not that similar laws of physics preclude this being another dimension.
I think a great way to test a bunch of basic physicsl laws in one turn might be the double-slit experiment. Just flash a flashlight/torch through a couple of holes in a plate onto a surface/screen. If it makes an interfernce pattern, light is waves and interferes with itself under all the laws without bullshit, it's pretty likely the rest of quantum mechanics holds, so most likely the classical mechanics does as well, as long as magic is not involved. Ideally, you would also test a single-photon version, but that actually requires equipment, whereas the wave version can be done on literally no budget. This isn't a full proof, but it does exclude a lot of things light isn't.
Special relativity could probably be tested with wires moving past magnets, and magnets moving past wires giving the same current. This isn't entirely no budget, but I imagine it could be done relatively cheaply.
If one of those experiments fucks up, the laws don't hold. If all pass, they don't necessarily hold, but it's pretty likely. At least on the level that doesn't involve magic.
