I don't think, that they all turns evil. Pregnancy itself so far is open question. Story simply needs more time to clearly show whether some conception already happened or not. Lumi herself should be probably first one to start showing any symptoms. Which probably (if already don't happened on ship) will happen in some time when story will be plot heavy. Since pregnancy state itself is pretty huge handicap from action point. You can't really really let pregnant girl to fight or something. So if anything, things probably start to move when story move from action part to dramatical part, since that's where pregnancy could be properly used from narrative point.
Right now more actual question in this regard is meaning of neck marks. And while some people may find pregnancy as a likeable fetish, it may not be Okamoto's interest to become so limited for long part of story.
So there are three options how he likely solve it:
1) either we go traditional eroge route where pregnancy for some unexplained or explained reason doesn't happen at all. Or at most in limited scale at very end of story.
2) pregnancies starts actually happening once story moves from action part to dramatical part, where such issues could be narratively solved more naturally. So at very least not sooner than at end of the current arc.
3) some kind of time-skip happens and we just move to already born babies.
