I have to agree with you. I've read quite a lot of shounen and manga in general but Eren's story and character growth in general is unprecedented for one. He is different in every major arc, and everything that happens affects him in some visible way, changing and transforming his personality. This type of character evolution reminds me of some of my favourite books by C. Dickens, namely David Copperfield or Great Expectations.

So, when Ymir saw the paths ~60 years ago, the main plume of PATHS split into two. However, when Zeke sees the PATHS it looks like there are three distinct plumes unless I can't see others properly. I wonder if that has any meaning? Maybe because when Ymir saw the PATHS, we as readers saw the conflict as two sided: Humanity vs Titans. Now, we as readers know it's far more than that and thus we see more plumes of the PATHS. It might also be representative of Zeke and Eren diverging in ideology. It could be stylistic, but Isayama is incredibly deliberate with many of his panels so I wouldn't doubt there's some meaning.
