Workout will be after work, you know that Machio-san. Today will be Pendlays, Lat Pulldowns, Weighted Chinups, Bicep Curls, Facepulls, and Shrugs.

I started lifting but it’s such a bother to actually get up and do it.

I am somewhat sick, so I skipped going to my climbing gym yesterday, and will likely not go again tomorrow.
My joints needed some time to heal up anyway, insides of my feet were hurting when walking.

For how long have you been at it? You should start off easy so it becomes more of a habit, rather than something you have to think about doing. I first started off by alternating my days between easy runs and calisthenics 4-5 times a week. I didn't have to leave my home for the calisthenics and running was great for a scenery change. I hated it at first but it was so easy that by the time I transitioned to going to the gym I didn't have to think about it or force my self to do it anymore--I just did it. Working out will eventually become like brushing your teeth, but you have to ease yourself in first.

Wise user. Most people get burnt out because they dive in head first tunnelvisioned with a goal in mind, instead of making exercise a way of life.

I didn't go to the gym in like 4 weeks because I had surgery on my foot followed by me being busy studying and losing sight of it
But I'll go again tomorrow, I promise

remember to workout one muscle for a couple of months then work on the next later none of that cross fit bullshit

Did back and tris yesterday (deadlift, weighted pullups, weighted dips, CGBP, dumbbell rows, lat pulldowns, cable pushdowns) and did 60-120s for cardio today.
