If Ryuki would have lsot this fight, we would not be any further with any kind of hints towards whats really going on. Kokuro is cool but compared to the stuff we saw in Kengan Asura he is average as best. If the stinger is his only ace in the sleeve, he wont come very far in the future (hoping that he is not downgraded to Himuro)

The story shouldn't develop just to keep people on their toes. That's how you get stories that just throw in cliff-hangers and plot twists at every corner. Ryuki winning this fight is a natural and expected outcome, but that doesn't make it bad at all.

user, Raian didn´t have a scratch on himself and is known to use Removal for fun just to trash someone when not needed. Raian went into Removal, trashed the room using Rihito and walked to his match.

I don't think he's a bad guy. In the last chapter he didn't follow up on the elbow he landed because he thought it'd be enough so it's not like he's as sadistic as Raian was or anything. He even mentioned that it this was his first match outside of sparring with his grandpa which means any other time he gets serious it's a life or death thing.

He would have been against Setsuna if he got past the beard or fought someone else and nothing changed. I dont see Rihito taking down Setsuna.

Sandrovich's original intention was for Gensai to forfeit the match to Rihito, but he decided against it in the end and let the strongest fighter win.

And we wouldn't know of his power till he would come back far later in Kengan Omega. Would be weird to think how that would have been playing out, without any beard memes.

Raian has always reserved to use Removal late in the fight, he didn't remove until he got dumpstered by Mokochi, he didn't remove until Ohma used Advance, he didn't remove against even high level Guardians.

Removal drains his stamina and he can't hold it for long as shown in his fight with Ohma, he isn't stupid enough to waste it without needing it.

Sure he uses it because he wants to crush his opponents, but he always has made the effort to crush them without using it first, Rihito proved he was in this case.

No it wasn't. Gaou doesn't use Niko style. He isn't at all like Ohma, they kind of resemble one another, but they don't fight at all alike. I doubt Gaou knows any Niko style techniques at all, he probably uses whatever the old man who linked up with Gensais master used.

He's a pretty good writer man, I don't know what the user said that made you post this, the guy can write pretty darn good, and I doubt "reading more" would make him reevaluate his opinion.

He knows how to write fights and fighters for sure. I am not that fond about the subplots about the worm and secret groups, but I admit he knows how to keep the right dose.

He used an OG Gaoh style move, Bound Armor, to harden his muscles there.
