One Piece

What is your favorite fight in the series so far?

Luffy vs. Usopp
Sentimental and actually shows Usopp can be pretty competent when something serious is on the line

Luffy vs. Lucci
Just a knock down drag out brawl between two strong guys and the evolution of Luffy's fighting style is interesting

Strawhats vs. Moira
Watching the entire crew work together to bring down Oars was great and even if it ended with Luffy on his own against Moira it still felt like such a difficult battle and the fact that Moria was a loser who had to flee the new world really showed how much shit they'd be up against in the future.

Honestly I'm having trouble thinking of any post-timeskip fights I could list, but maybe it's because I'm reading those week to week instead of watching them all at once.

I watch One Piece for the adventures!

Do you just skip all the fights?

Not him but I really got into one piece for the world building, then adventure, then battles. the world building is somewhat weak now, with wci and wano being completely isolated (ie no Marines) but still interesting in different ways.

Post timeskip the main one that comes to mind is luffy vs katakuri. The fact that katakuri is just luffy but better in almost every way makes the fight seem impossible, until the turning point, where you realize that luffys ability to get back up after being knocked down, like hes done countless times before, is the key to victory.

Nami/Gan Fall vs Hotori/Kotori

Luffy vs Coby vs Im

You're hard pressed to go wrong with any of the Water 7 saga fights.

Kalifa was absolutely terrible.

Are you newer to the series, or only caught up within the last few arcs?

I've been around since mid Water Seven and without a doubt, the World Government arcs are definitely better.

WCI and Wano haven't been my favourites but they've got the same level of world building as Skypiea. Not any less, just different. The big reveals don't generally happen during these arcs so if you're recently following, it's a massive slowdown from what you're used to.

We're also getting closer to the end of the series and most of the plot points and characters have been revealed.

vs Sanji, jokes.

vs Nami, nah that's great.

>Nami vs Kalifa
>great

>lol I grope u
>Nami tries something, fails, only lives because Kalifa isn't trying
>repeat like three times
>Nami finally oneshots her with a completely new skill.

Fuck no. It was Doublefinger again but worse. How could you find such a boring, uncreative fight enjoyable?

Pre-TS Usopp fights were fucking great. It was always nice to see Usopp overcoming his cowardice to defeat enemies that were above his league

Usopp vs. Chew is still a kino

Everyone vs, Oars
The different abilities work really well with tactical fights and you got some fun crew interactions during the battle as well.

Oda vs pacing

Zoro vs the stairs

Arlong Park was the best arc altogehter. Nothing comes close.

>2 semi nude sluts fighting each another
Guess how he found it amusing.

He actually used his brain pre ts to defeat his enemies and it wasn't just luck.
Post timeskip him defeating sugar was so random.

Just don't call it a good fight. Nami's had better grope scenes anyway.
