>“Motosu Urano, a book-loving college student who just got her Librarian certification and was supposed to enter the job of her dreams after graduation, was killed during a massive earthquake crushing her underneath a pile of her own massive collection of books.

>Wishing for reincarnation in order to read even more, she got reincarnated to a world with a low literacy level and very few books, limited only to the nobility of the world. As she reincarnated as 5-year-old daughter of a lowly soldier, Maine, no matter how much she wants to read, there is no way there are any books around. If there are no books then what do you do? You make them yourself of course… What her goal is, to become a librarian no matter what, and to live a life surrounded by books. For starters she begins from making them.”

God damn it, I'm about to become one of the "this light novel is actually different, guys, it's really good" people I always mock.

But it is actually quite good

>announcement
>full staff and main cast
>Average loli was announced more than a year ago
>still nothing
Reeeeeee.

>anime
but nothing until church arc really happens? except for the merchant stuff and her being sick 80% of the time, what are they even going to animate

The church arc is fucking boring

Just see it as a slice of life anime.

I hope Maine gets the Tanya treatment
Maine is a wholesome loli in a wholesome series and should not be lewded

>lewding a malnourished, sickly little girl
What kind of monster would do that

the LN/WN was boring as fuck, the mc was a cute though, i'm not expecting a good adaptation, i'm just hoping that after the anime aired we got atleast one good rape doujin

sounds comfy and tranquil
so this is next season?

That sounds like an amazing premise that I can't imagine an LN author doing much justice.

One of the very few not garbage isekais.

Shinju no Nectar anime when?

I don't know

But

Anyway

Why you

Type like

This

Bro?

Wait isn't this the one that had Sawashiro as the girl in the Drama CD? Or am I imagining things?

>wonder why Ferdinand got a VA reveal first
>remember what happens in the story
Oh boy.

bump

This sounds very relaxing. Am I wrong?

Oh neat. I was enjoying the manga but the translators dropped it when it got licensed.

Nice.

>Why didn't she just make a printing press
>Why didn't she just get rich selling recipes
>Why didn't she introduce crop rotation

She's probably one of the better written isekai MCs out there and that's not saying much.

>has weak constitution which is integral to the story
>has modern knowledge trying to apply to not European medieval fantasy.
>gets tricked easily
>High IQ but sucks at local peasant, merchant and noble society and trips every step of the way.
>tries her best just to read books but is confronted with third otherworld problem.

I hope the anime does well and the translations to speed up and not take 100 years to reach the end

Meh, it's set in a medieval society with the typical nobility/church ruling over the lower classes so certain injustices had me grinding my teeth a litle bit, like how little girls under the church's care are basically grooming themselves to become the mistresses of dirty old priests because that's pretty much the best life perspective they're offered.

To be fair, that's a great improvement than being a filthy peasant on that world.

Sure, just saying that it's not some kind of utopic medieval-fantastic setting that makes you want to live in it.

I wish I never became a librarian the job is killing me

why's that?

Its so boring I avoid the desk whenever possible and just meander looking for a place to read shit at

Trig if Brue. The age of isekai feMCs is neigh.

yeah her deciding to slide into that lifestyle and train the orphans to be good little servants instead of trying to change anything ticked me off

Better a library than a bookstore. I want to off myself trying to catalogue young adult garbage, raunchy romance for middle aged wives, or yet another fucking book written by Grisham.

Yes. Why?

Luckily my place is a stem institute library so the only literature is autism and more autism

Never mind. You can keep that.

I don't want to see another dissertation or thesis in my life ever again.

Black Healer adaptation when?

Potion loli when?

>Studio: Ajia-do Animation Works
So it will be animated properly at the very least.

Kuma or consequences.

So, by the studio that did the yuri witch and the how not summon a demon lord isekai?
Not bad. They've been an okay to solid animation studio.

I normally despise isekai, like I seriously want to grind all isekai watchers to dust under tank treads like in the Terminator, but this sounds cute. I'll give it a try. TENTATIVELY.

>Light novels that are actually different and kind of good
Let's see, uh, Log Horizon... uhh...

I'm sure there's another one out there somewhere.

Yup, as much as i dislike Izetta after like 4th or 5th episode, i can't deny that the production values were great. I will probably never forget the dogfight from 2nd episode.

>Why didn't she introduce crop rotation
What do you think she is, a Demon King?

Oh, I'm going to assume the Spice & Wolf novels were good, since the anime came out alright.

See you in a year, where you will swear that they just didn't do some scene justice and it was better in a LN.

This one was a ln or original shit?

Maoyuu started as short story posts on 2ch, as I understand.

I bookmarked this shit like two, almost 3 years ago but never got around to reading it
Fuck

You can watch now

Same, to be fair I find most femMC isekai kind of boring including stuff like Bakarina(not that some male counterparts are better but they feel meh). I like Reika though.

That explains the shit writing, it even got an ending?

Fuck I love comfy medieval/fantasyitem collages. All them scrolls and candles and sheeit

Ah, you must be thinking of the wrong series. Maybe Overlord is more your speed, isekailet.

Nahh, I'm thinking about the boring big tited Mao and the Mary Sue yuusha, the premise was interesting, but the execution was just bland and boring as fuck, oh my potatoes, but maybe the writing thing it's better

Yeah, that's a pretty embarrassing attempt at trying to sound like some kind of LN intellectual.

Sure user, whatever

Trying to antagonize the actual NOBLES on medieval fantasy without being a wish fulfillment OP MC is not a really good idea when you're a peasant child with physical disabilities.

>Kazuki Miya
That's some pen name.

The first season of Log horizon was pretty good, so I'm not sure it fits into this stereotype.

She's litteraly a book autist.
Every other characters know it and most of her coworkers must spend a lot of effort working around it.

nice, not only will this be awesome but it will push the light novel translation

You wish. The current translation group has three or four other works and Bookworm is their lower priority.

I'm just glad it's not dropped yet but a chapter every two weeks is really killing me.

at the current pace it will be 24 years to finish the translation but I believe the anime will get other translators involved or at least get Infinite Novel to get more serious about it.

I was thinking that the previous translator was already excruciatingly slow with one chapter per week (well, slightly less to be honest).

I almost forgot all about this series due to how fucking slow the manga chapters are coming out. Been like what? 3 months since we've seen a new chapter?

From Blastron yes, he dropped it, but a new group picked it up.

you clearly havent read much of it
it quickly turns just as bad as all the others

>Anime
Neat, this is one of the very few Isekai series I actually enjoyed.

>all those recent threads of t his LN
>gets an anime
Do they shill on here? Is OP a paid shill? It can't be a coincidence.
