Spoilers badly translated from Chinese to Japanese and then to English:
A rich, super-popular guy meets a very unusual girl. Yui is like an angel, but she is hiding a secret. When she let's loose her hair she turns into an evil demon. Yui's family is cursed, when she was a little girl they called her a villain and she was uncontrollably violent. Some one gave her a chain that she uses to tie her and hair with in order to control herself.

Sounds like a romcom

It's a fighting comedy with romance. Black Yui has superpowers and fights other people with superpowers.

I liked Rosario vampire, so I'm hoping this is good with Shibashii behind it, but I was hoping the girl would be the MC. Have to see what the chapter is actually like.

Nura rise of the yokai clan went to shit when they killed mommy kitsune just to make the big bad badder plus that ending arc was lame and rushed. The series suffered the same fate as MHA today with an over-bloated cast. Fite me

The art looks pretty mediocre, it would have to be pretty interesting to catch my attention.

Not really though, Kimetsu have shit art it but is now having an anime by UFOtable, shueisha don't splurge on shows they think are dying.
