I read a few volumes worth of it, and there's no levels, no skills, and magic is only vaguely defined.
There's only a few swords in the hand of the soldiers, there's barely any mention of fantasical creatures (I think the only thing mentioned was a type of rapid-replicating plant), and I don't think there was even an adventurers guild (although there is a commerce guild).
It's not the typical shonen cliche isekai by a long shot.
