This arc is going to be a lot more satisfying to read when it' completed, 20ish pages a month is making it drag.

It does drag a bit, doesn't it? I skimmed the previous separated chapters and they read better together.
I do prefer having shorter ones to coming and going off hiatus with full chapters though. Hope Adachitoka's condition, or whatever's going with them, doesn't worsen.

Also much prefer it to burnout and letting the manga's quality take a dive.

Small summary: everyone talks about what shinki they’d want if they could trade them until Hiyori’s asked which god she’d rather serve if she became a shinki, but Yato intercedes saying she doesn’t need to answer because he’ll make sure she grows old and happy so it wouldn’t happen.

it's been a pain waiting 20 pages a month but it's much better than the hiatus hell we got. and after years, it seems like we'll finally know what i wanted the most: how yukine died.

it's obviously a bad thing to know about but damn i'm curious. yukine will not take well that he was murdered by his father, and freaking yato is completely clueless about the entire situation even though he wanted him to avoid fight nora specifically for that reason, not knowing that his dad didn't even needed her to do the job.

How dark do you think Yukine's death will be?

Well his own father stuffed him in a trunk and strangled him, so I'm guessing pretty dark.
